Brought up in South West London, I achieved A*A*A*A at A level studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Spanish at The Lady Eleanor Holles School. In 2016, I then went on to study Maths and Physics for just over a year at Durham University, before taking a break from my studies. During this year I began tutoring and did a placement teaching maths at a further education college. In the following break, I worked for a startup in London, alongside working as a live-in tutor for a family in West London. I then returned to University (UCL) with an academic and a sports scholarship and continued tutoring alongside my studies. I graduated in 2021 gaining a 1st class degree in Statistics, Economics and Spanish. Whilst studying, I did an array of tutoring work, including residential and international jobs.
During university, I interned twice for Goldman Sachs in their Private Wealth Management division, where I then started a full time role as a Financial Analyst after graduating. I continued to attempt to balance my training and racing for cycling alongside this intense full-time role. At the end of 2021 I received a contract offer for a team for 2022, so I decided to put this career on hold to pursue cycling for the foreseeable.
Leaving Goldman Sachs at the beginning of December 2021, I then flew out to the Maldives for a month long tutoring job at a Soneva resort.
Outside of academics, I won the Age Group Standard distance European duathlon championships in 2020, and I have since transitioned to focus on cycling. This coming 2022 season, I will be racing for Team Spectra Wiggle p/b Vitus.
