Natasha is a highly experienced Geography tutor, having taught the subject for over 25 years. She is passionate about helping others learn more about the world we live in. Natasha teaches across the age range and has taught both in the UK and internationally.

I have taught Geography in UK and international schools and led local, national and international Geography field trips for over 25 years.

I have experience of teaching:

- UK KS2 and KS3 Geography

- IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) Individuals and Society

- US Middle School Social Sciences

- GCSE and IGCSE Geography

- AS and A Level Geography

- Advanced Placement Human Geography

- IB Standard Level and Higher Level Geography, including Internal Assessment and Extended Essay

- UK UCAS Geography and associated degree applications.

- I also have experience of being an IB Geography examiner, teacher workshop leader and revision textbook author.

Biography

I tutor Geography because it is my absolute passion. I am a firm believer in the words of the Royal Geographical Society that Geography is ''essential in understanding the world in which we live''. I teach Geography because each day I work with geographers of all ages to inspire them to become agents of positive change in their communities.

I was raised and educated in the UK. For over 20 years I have worked in international schools and communities in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.

Approach to Tutoring

I work hard to build a strong, trusting and caring relationship so that I can offer an holistic approach and bespoke learning. I am positive, pragmatic and non-judgmental. I believe that every student can thrive with the right support and guidance.

When not tutoring

When I am not tutoring Geography tutoring, I am running my educational consultancy to support and guide globally mobile families whilst studying for a Masters in Education and International Development at UCL's Institute of Education.

I am a geographer at heart! I love exploring new places and learning about new cultures and languages. In every new place I visit in the UK and around the world, I explore local museums and art galleries to maximize my learnng.
