Jon is a former Head of Science with over 20 years' teaching experience. With a specialised focus on GCSE and A-level Science, alongside his expertise in university admissions, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge to each lesson. He joined Keystone in 2012 and has helped 290 Keystone families over this period, teaching more than 11,300 hours.
Sarah
Sarah is an extremely experienced educator and academic. Sarah studied in Canada and the UK and can help with Science and Maths across the board as well as Oxbridge admissions.
Rishi
Rishi has a degree from City University in Computer Science and Mathematics. He is a patient tutor who has over nine years of 1:1 experience and who focuses on building confidence in his students.
Jonathan
Jonathan is an experienced Biologist. He has a wealth of experience of teaching at top London schools including Godolphin and Latymer and St Pauls. He impressed us at interview with his ability to support and extend the learning of each of his students.

During the first session the tutor starts by assessing where the child is at, their academic ability, their strengths and perceived weaknesses. Tutors will then devise a programme tailored to the specific circumstances of the student.

We have a monthly reporting system which is used to update parents on an ongoing basis. The monthly report details:
- the focus of that month’s tutoring
- the form of assessment used
- the student's achievements and areas for further work
- the focus for the coming month
The regular, rigorous reporting of the tutors we represent is frequently commended by parents.
The IB Biology tutors we represent are able to deliver in-person tuition within central London. For those outside of central London we offer online tutoring.
The tutors we represent are well versed in delivering online tuition, using videoconferencing and an interactive whiteboard. This gives students, wherever they are in the world, access to experienced, high quality tutors who are familiar with the requirements of IB exams.
Yes, we offer a trial lesson. With Keystone, you are not required to sign up for any minimum number of lessons, and we offer one-off paid trial lessons so that your child can determine if the fit is right for them. This allows students and parents tutoring through Keystone before committing to regular sessions. The trial lesson is charged at the tutor’s full hourly rate and there is no obligation to continue if you feel it's not the right match.
