"You were super helpful, and I know for a fact, that my son has enjoyed all his IB History sessions with you. You’ve not only helped him review his knowledge on Fascist Italy before the finals in IBDP Y1, but also guided him in the early stages of his IB history extended essay during the summer – forming what became the foundation of his final draft. Thank you so much!"
Parent of IB student"Stefan came highly recommended to us from another IB family and has lived up to the promise! My daughter had missed about a month of school due to illness AND her Biology notes had mysteriously gone missing at school, so they had a lot of catching up to do. He is communicative, organised, reliable, and in her words, “explains things very well”. What more could you want? All in all, he has brought her back up to speed and been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!"

The extended essay gives students an opportunity to focus on a particular area of interest within a subject or relate their subject to another area of interest outside of their studies. This allows a student to select something that they are truly engaged and interested in exploring, thus helping them to develop skills relevant to university study.

Guide to IB Revision Techniques
When to begin IB revision? IB exams begin as early as late April for some subjects, and your revision perhaps begins in earnest with your mock exams, which generally take place early in your final year of IB study. Revising for mocks will give you an opportunity to test what it is like to revise course material you’ve already covered, and rehearse some of the revision techniques that will become so crucial later on in the year.
