Throughout Kate's career in teaching she has worked with students from the 7+ level up to degree level. She has a passion for English and has huge amounts of experience working with students both face-to-face and online.

John

John is a Politics and Classical Civilisation tutor with a passion for learning and an impressive academic background. He encourages his tutees to become 'active learners' and to steer away from 'parrot-like' approaches to studying.

Andrew

Andrew is a conscientious and friendly tutor who teaches a variety of subjects. He gained a PGCE in RE from Oxford University in 2022, and now tutors alongside working on various writing projects. Andrew's approach is student focussed and he aims to create a comfortable learning environment for each of his tutees.

Callum is an enthusiastic and engaging tutor. He impressed us at interview with his supportive and knowledgeable approach to tutoring.

Tommaso Alessandro

Tommaso teaches English, History, Italian, Psychology, Philosophy and RS across the age range. He also helps with Maths at 11+ and 13+. He has been tutoring alongside his studies for the past 5 years.

Magnus

Magnus is a highly experienced, qualified teacher. He has been a Head of Department in Religious Studies, the subject in which he specializes. He has a first-class BA, MA and PhD in the subject and has also been an examiner at both A-level and GCSE for many years. His subject knowledge is second to none and he seeks to build a supportive and inspiring teaching relationship with each student, thus making the lessons enjoyable and accelerating learning.

Ross is a qualified teacher, who teaches both languages and humanities. He has over a decade of classroom experience and he enjoys sharing his passion for his subjects with his students. Ross aims to develop a positive working relationship with his tutees, in order to understand their needs and motivations.

James

James is an experienced tutor with a stellar academic record. His passions lie in the humanities and writing as well as teaching.

Imogen

Imogen gained a first class degree in Theology from Oxford and has 10 years tutoring and teaching experience. She tutors across the age range from Primary to A Level and specialises in supporting students in entrance tests from 7+ to 13+ level.

Andrew

Andrew is a qualified Teacher as well as an examiner. He has tutored for over a decade and his lessons are stimulating and highly informative. Andrew studied at Sussex University, did his Masters at Manchester University and his masters level PGCE at the Institute of Education.

Osman

Osman has a Masters in Intellectual History from St Andrews and has been tutoring since he was a student himself. He teaches humanities across the age range, as well as Maths up to GCSE. Osman's approach is thorough and methodical.

Cyara

Cyara is a highly intelligent and inspiring tutor who works across the age range. Her engaging style and goal orientated practice encourages students to invest more energy into their studies and gain more enjoyment from lessons.

Robyn

Passionate about English as well as Maths, Robyn is an experienced and intellectually sharp tutor. She is particularly strong at extending learners outside of their comfort zone.

Sebastian is an Oxford graduate who teaches a variety of subjects across the age range. He has many years of teaching and tutoring experience and believes in inspiring his students and helping them to become independent learners.

Sarah is highly experienced and passionate Philosophy and RS tutor, having been a classroom teacher for over 30 years. She has an encouraging teaching style, allowing students to develop their own ideas and make connections between their subjects.
