IGCSE Chemistry Tutors
Rory
Rory started tutoring whilst at Oxford and has worked with students of all ages. He teaches Maths, Science and English across the board. He is enthusiastic and encouraging and gets great feedback from his students. He has worked over 6,400 hours with Keystone.
Dominic
Dominic is an experienced Science tutor with a PhD in Chemistry. He has tutored for many years, teaching over 4,400 hours through Keystone. He aims to make his lessons interesting and fun and he also recognises the importance of exam technique.
Jon
Jon is a former Head of Science with over 20 years' teaching experience. With a specialised focus on GCSE and A-level Science, alongside his expertise in university admissions, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge to each lesson. He joined Keystone in 2012 and has helped 290 Keystone families over this period, teaching more than 11,000 hours.
Ben
Ben is a first class Zoology graduate who teaches a variety of subjects across a range of year groups. During his time at Keystone, he has worked with 100 families and delivered over 3,100 hours of lessons. He is passionate and caring and aims to make his lessons engaging and interactive.
Grace
Grace studied Natural Sciences at Durham before embarking upon a MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London. Grace has taught over 2,200 hours and helped 70 Keystone families. She has a passion for Maths and Science and strives to create a teaching environment where pupils feel able to ask questions and be themselves.
Anthony
Anthony graduated with a Physics degree from Imperial College, London. He tutors across the board from 11+ through to A Level and has taught over 5,800 hours with Keystone as well as having considerable tutoring experience prior to joining our team of full-time tutors in 2017.
Cat
Cat is a qualified Teacher who studied Physics and Philosophy at Durham University. She is currently working towards a PhD in the Philosophy of Astrobiology alongside her tutoring. Cat is very encouraging and supportive and recognises the importance of moving at the right pace for each individual and has worked with 40 Keystone clients.
Joseph
Joseph is a Durham graduate and a highly personable tutor who has taught 1,900 hours through Keystone. He helps with a wide range of subjects from English to Science. Joseph has a structured but adaptive approach to lessons, which aims to build up students’ confidence in their subject area and develop their independent learning skills.
Claudia
Before joining Keystone in 2019 Claudia taught Science at Westminster Cathedral Choir School for four years. She has tutored over 1,700 hours and assisted 90 Keystone clients. She urges her students to look at Science beyond the syllabus as it makes it easier for students to understand concepts and improve their skills.
Davina
Davina has been tutoring for over 15 years. Her teaching is marked by its sympathy and diligence. She plans her lessons exhaustively and structures rigorous long-term programmes. She is particularly talented at helping her pupils get to grips with the perils of the English language, and making Science more accessible to those who have struggled to understand it in class.

Jonathan is an experienced Biologist. He has a wealth of experience of teaching at top London schools including Godolphin and Latymer and St Pauls. He impressed us at interview with his ability to support and extend the learning of each of his students.

What is the Difference Between IGCSE and GCSE?
What are GCSEs and IGCSEs? The General Certificate in Secondary Education or GCSE is a subject-based academic qualification taken by students in the UK at the end of their compulsory education in Year 11 (age 16).
