Oliver
Oliver has over 5 years tutoring experience and believes in developing a student's passion for the subject in order to help them learn. Oliver has recently completed a PhD in the History of Religious Studies and Psychology at UCL. He is currently training as a Psychotherapist alongside his teaching. He has supported 120 Keystone families teaching over 2,100 hours to date.
Joseph
Joseph is a Durham graduate and a highly personable tutor who has taught 1,900 hours through Keystone. He helps with a wide range of subjects from English to Science. Joseph has a structured but adaptive approach to lessons, which aims to build up students’ confidence in their subject area and develop their independent learning skills.
Rory
Rory started tutoring whilst at Oxford and has worked with students of all ages. He teaches Maths, Science and English across the board. He is enthusiastic and encouraging and gets great feedback from his students. He has worked over 6,400 hours with Keystone.

Tom is a committed and experienced professional tutor whose practice is based on rigorous subject and educational knowledge, which has flourished through his work with over 160 Keystone families, since 2015. He offers stimulating, sympathetic and agile tutorials, with a particular emphasis on mentoring, motivation and confidence building.
Jon
Jon is a former Head of Science with over 20 years' teaching experience. With a specialised focus on GCSE and A-level Science, alongside his expertise in university admissions, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge to each lesson. He joined Keystone in 2012 and has helped 290 Keystone families over this period, teaching more than 11,000 hours.

Emily is an experienced tutor who joined the team in 2017 and has delivered over 3,600 hours of lessons. Emily has taught in England as well as abroad. She not only helps students with 11+ and 13+ entrance exams but also with English and Spanish up to A Level.
Philippa
Philippa is a dedicated tutor who specialises in 11+/13+ English and Maths, as well as French. She joined the team in 2015 and has taught well over 6,800 hours with Keystone.
Frazier
Frazier is passionate about teaching and learning and has been tutoring since his sixth form years. He identifies the specific challenges faced by a student and then forms a plan of action to tackle these. During his time at Keystone, Frazier has helped 200 students and taught well over 3,400 hours.
Dominic
Dominic is an experienced Science tutor with a PhD in Chemistry. He has tutored for many years, teaching over 4,400 hours through Keystone. He aims to make his lessons interesting and fun and he also recognises the importance of exam technique.

How can Keystone Tutors help with the 13+ Common Entrance Maths exams?
The Common Entrance Maths exam at 13+ is comprised of two 60 minute papers (one calculator and one non-calculator) and a mental test lasting up to 30 minutes. The Common Entrance Maths tutors that we introduce to families have complete knowledge of the ISEB Common Entrance Maths syllabus. They have experience in explaining and demystifying mathematical concepts at 13+ level as well as stretching students to tackle challenging problems.
