I was born in the United States to a software engineer father and an artist mother, a combination that has shaped my unique perspective on technology and creativity. I grew up in a multicultural environment, living in the UK, US, and China, which gave me a global outlook and adaptability. I studied Computer Science and Robotics at Imperial College London, where I graduated top of my class and developed a strong foundation in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

After university, I embarked on a journey of exploration, working on diverse projects and collaborating with leading organizations like NASA and Google. This path eventually led me to Huawei, where I am now a researcher specializing in Machine Learning and Robotics. I tutor to encourage more people to get into robotics and learn that computing is more art than maths.

In my tutoring approach, I emphasize teaching from first principles, focusing on the core mathematics and fundamental concepts that form the foundation of understanding. By breaking down complex ideas into their simplest components, I help students grasp the ''why'' behind each concept, enabling deeper learning and long-term retention. Alongside this theoretical rigor, I integrate a practical approach to problem-solving, ensuring students can confidently apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. This dual strategy not only builds strong analytical skills but also fosters an initiation into independent thinking, empowering students to tackle challenges with confidence and curiosity.

I currently am a researcher in ML and Robotics. I want to inspire more students to pursue careers in engineering and science. Beyond tutoring, I also run a chocolate company that offers organic chocolate tasting sessions, combining my love for technology, art, and entrepreneurship. I am passionate about showing how creativity and technical knowledge can intersect in exciting and meaningful ways.
